World Textile and Bag, Inc. (WTB, Inc.) was formed in 2003 with the intent to represent overseas manufacturers of textile and packaging in developing relationships with US distributors.

Richard Quinley began his career in 1995 in the field of sales of industrial packaging, industrial fabrics, and geotextiles.  He later moved into import management.

Because of the nature of our business, WTB, Inc. has developed long-term relationships with overseas factories moving sizeable quantities of quality goods.

WTB, Inc. has since partnered with Percy Cole and expanded into the area of sediment control or Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP) for the home construction industry.

The SWPPP division was formed out of the desire to solve sediment control problems within the construction industry.

Percy Cole has been in the erosion control industry since 1999.  Fully trained as an erosion control specialist, his knowledge of site erosion control, SWPPP implementation, and product design has greatly impacted the SWPPP products developed by WTB, Inc.

Carol Quinley has worked in the office administration field since 1990.  She works as the office administrator and assists with customer orders.

WTB Inc. is dedicated to giving back to others.  Through donations and volunteer efforts we support a number of organizations.
